Murasaki Uni is larger and lighter than their cousin Bafun Uni. While not as prevelant, the Murasaki Uni tend to be creamier and sweeter with a lighter texture for a more elegant experience.
Enjoy these on top of rice or with some seaweed for a delicious treat!
