The Les Trois Ciseaux d'Oura en Kamiwada Chardonnay is a beautiful reflection of the heights Chardonnay can achieve. Planted in Takahata Town in Yamagata City, the chardonnay enjoys a high elevation site spreading out at the foot of the Ou Mountains. 2019 was a beautiful vintage with the grapes ripening successfully. Notes of pears and yellow peaches combine with the toast aromas of French barrels to create a complex and richly textured wine, perfect to go with grilled seafood dishes or even delicate meats!
