 Yields – 4 servings


  1. 1 Red Grouper – cleaned and gutted
  2. A handful of Parsley – finely chopped
  3. Shichimi togarashi
  4. Black Pepper
  5. Sea Salt
  6. 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  7. ½ cup soy sauce
  8. ½ cup lemon juice


  1. Combine the parsley with olive oil. Add shichimi togarashi to taste
  2. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Sprinkle the Red Grouper with sea salt and black pepper and bake for 8 to 9 minutes
  3. Add parsley and oil mixture to the fish and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, without charring the parsley
  4. Drizzle soy sauce and lemon juice over all
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately

Pro Tip

We used parsley in this dish, but cilantro or other herbs would work nicely too.
