Yields – 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 Red Grouper – cleaned and gutted
- A handful of Parsley – finely chopped
- Shichimi togarashi
- Black Pepper
- Sea Salt
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup lemon juice
Steps
- Combine the parsley with olive oil. Add shichimi togarashi to taste
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Sprinkle the Red Grouper with sea salt and black pepper and bake for 8 to 9 minutes
- Add parsley and oil mixture to the fish and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more, without charring the parsley
- Drizzle soy sauce and lemon juice over all
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately
Pro Tip
We used parsley in this dish, but cilantro or other herbs would work nicely too.
